I am a Free member, how do I contact advertisers?

To Contact an Advertiser:
If you see an advert that you like and want to contact the advertiser, you can do so in simple steps:
- login into your account (or register for free if you are not a member)
- Buy TM Access (if you dont have TM Access)
- Click on “View Contact”
- 1 TM Access will be deducted from your account for every contact you view.
- The contact information of the advertiser will be displayed.
- An email with the contact information will be sent to your registered email address.
- You can call or fax the advertiser
- Or you can send the advertiser an email by clicking "contact Trader".

I can't see the Advertiser contact.

- You can see the contact details of VIP members.
- Free members adverts are not visible except to VIP members.

I am not a member, can i contact advertisers without registering?

Yes You can.
However you need to buy 1 TM Access to see the advertiser contact.
- Click on "see contact"
- You will be taken to a secure payment gateway.
- After successful payment, you will have access to the contact information.
- An email with the contact information of the Trader will be sent to the email registered at the time of payment.

Why cant I see the Advertisers email address?
| |
To help prevent spam, Tradersmatch.com does not display the email addresses of its members.
To contact an advertiser by email:
- Click on "Contact Trader"
- Fill in all your details
- Your message and details will be sent to the Traders registered email address.
- The Trader will receive your email address.
- The Trader can then contact you directly and give you his email.

I am not registered, can I still contact advertisers?

Yes you can.
If the advertiser is VIP member, anyone can see his details and contact him directly.
For free members, you have to pay to get their contact information.

My browser closed accidentally and I cant find the contact information that I paid for.
| |
- An email with the details has been sent to you with the traders contact information.
- Check your mail box for the email.
- If you cant find the email in your inbox, check your "junk" maybe your email filters have placed it there.
- Whitelist TradersMatch.com email address, to prevent lost emails.

I did not receive an email from TradersMatch.com regarding the contact information that I paid for.
| |
- Check your "junk" in case the filters on your email have accidentally put the email there.
- White list TradersMatch.com email, to prevent it being deleted in the future.
- If still you cannot find the email, please forward your sales receipt from to support@tradersmatch.com and quote the advert Ref that you paid for.
